Elspeth and Rushton again... from The Obernewtyn Chronicles (READ THEM READ THEM READ THEM READ THEM!!!). The most recent book yet again had me just begging Isobelle Carmody just to friggen let Elspeth and Ruston be together for one night. Just one night without her gallivanting off to fulfil her destiny and without him being brainwashed or doing Master of Obernewtyn crap damnit!!!!!!
This was inspired by the small sections in The Stone Key where Elspeth was talking about swimming with Rushton in more peaceful times. Im actually quite proud of this one! (which means everyone else probably wont like it) but I'm pretty happy with the shading and I'm getting better with the Copics! (also if anyone finds the stock image for this please let me know!!! I cant find where I got it from ANYWHERE!!) |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. And I know what you mean... I haven't read those books, but I remember a different trilogy where the main couple spend one night together, in the first third of the first book and then they don't freaking get their act together until the THIRD book again, grr it's so frustrating.

Yeah in this series they 'dont know' they love eachother till the third book, then in the forth book he get kidnapped and they dont get him back till right at the end (of a 700pg book!!) and in the 5th book it turns out while he was kidnapped he was brainwashed to find her repulsive. And right at the end they're finally all happy and then she has to suddenly go running off and you're like NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
